Cultivated plant of 0,50 m, one uses the whole plant without roots.

Out of infusion chervil is apperitive and diuretic. Out of cataplasm it is used for insect bites, eczema and heumorrhoids.
Also : Icterus, cephalgias from hepatic origin, urinary troubles, bronchitis, catarrh.
In external use : Cicatrization, pruritus, eyelid inflammation.

Chopped fresh leaves can be used as a condiment for flavoring various culinary preparations.


Infusion : One handful for one liter of water, let infuse 10 minutes ; 3 cups a day.

Applied as a poultice: Chervil cooked during 10 minutes in milk.

Lotion to soften the skin; 50g of plant for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse during 10 minutes.
