Common plant except in the Mediterranean from 0,10 to 0,30 m that one use in its entirety.
Lady's mantle is especially astringent and antidiarrheic. Prescribed in case of affections of kidneys and bladder. Also recommended against vaginal discharge or uterine haemorrhage. Also : Angina, menstruations, facilitates childbirth, diabetes, spasms, meteorism, arteriosclerosis, rheumatisms, obesity, cephalgias, hepatic congestion. Infusion : One handful for one liter of water, boil then infuse during 10 minutes ; 3 cups a day. Decoction in external use : 3 handful for 1 liter of water, boil for 5 minutes to be used in hot washing to calm itchings.
