Plant of uncultivated grounds and footpaths from 0,50 to 1 m of which one uses the flowered tops.
Melilot is often used in case of nervous disorders and insomnia. Also : Cystitis, diarrhoea, phlebitis, varicose. In external use : Conjunctivitis (eye lotion) Infusion 20 g for one liter of water ; 2 cup a day. Tepid lotion for compress : 10 g for one liter of water in case of conjunctivitis.
