Hardy perennial of the wet grounds from 0,20 to 0,50 m of which
one uses the roots and the leaves.
Devil's bit is used in case of skin disease, it increases salivary secretions. Also : Bronchitis influenza asthma, dyspetia, asthma, bronchitis, influenza, dry mouth. In external use : Scab, eczema, pruritus, leucorrhea, mouth ulcers. Infusion : One spoonful for one cup of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes ; 3 cups a day. Decoction : One handful for one liter of water, boil 10 minutes, in compress or washings for eczema, care of the skin, scab.
