Infusion : 30 g for half a liter of water, boil 3 minutes then let infuse 10 minutes. Decoction : 10 g of roots in 3 cups of water, boil, wait to let reduce of one third, drink one warm cup before each meal. Cataplasm; cook some leaves in a small quantity of milk, apply tepid on the skin between 2 muslins.
