Shrub of the siliceous grounds growing to 1 m to 2 m of which one uses leaves and fruits.

Raspberry leaves are astringent, diuretic, laxative, used for affections of the respiratory tracts, renal affections and in case of constipation.
Also : Angina, painful menstruation, asthenia.
And in external use : Stomatitis, affections of the eyes.
Fruits are excellent for diabetics and prevent rheumatisms.



In infusion : 1 spoonful for one bowl of ebulient water, 2 cups a day.

Gargle or compress with a decoction of 50 g of leaves for 1 liter of water, boil during 3 minutes, then let infuse for 5 minutes.
