Infusions : borage, roman camomile, mint, melissa, thyme, lime tree, poplar, melilot, couch-grass, hawthorn, juniper or passion flower.

Rub with half a lemon.

Infusion of poplar, 20 g of dried buds for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 30 minutes; 3 cups a day; rub at the same time the painful areas with a maceration of poplar : let soak during 1 month 100 g of dried crushed buds in 1 liter of brandy, not to withdraw the buds of the preparation.

Out of infusion 2 to 3 cups a day : 2 parts of hawthorn, 2 parts of passion flower, 1 part of borage, 1 part of poplar.

Friction with a decoction of cedar and poplar buds.

Decoction of juniper, borage, couch-grass : 5 g of mixture per cup, several times a day.

CRAMPS : Infusion of melilot, yarrow, sage, mistletoe, valerian : 5 g of mixture per cup, several cups a day.
Massages with oil of valerian, roman camomile, bay-tree, sweet marjoram mixed or separately.

MUSCULAR TIREDNESS : Maceration of rosemary, walnut tree, lady's mantle, centaury, fenugreek : 50 g of mixture in 1 liter of red wine, 50 cc before the lunch.

FEET TIREDNESS : Decoction of walnut tree leaves for a feet bath.
