Bath : 200 g of ivy leaves : decoction in 1 liter of water to be added in the water of the bath.

Infusion of elder, borage : 5 g of mixture per cup, 1 cup a day.

Cataplasm of ivy powder + fenugreek + fucus alga.

Eat watercress, parsley, chervil, pine seed.

Apply 2 to 3 times a day a compress as hot as possible soaked in a decoction of ivy, 100 g of fresh leaves for 1 liter of water, boil 15 minutes.

Apply 3 times a week on the cellulitis :
Cataplasm of fenugreek, cook 50 g of seeds in a little water.
or
Cataplasm of ivy fresh crushed leaves.
or
Cataplasm of dried varech, 1 handful of dried varech, boil in water; apply as hot as possible.
or
Cataplasm of dried varech, cook in a small quantity of water 50 g of dried varech, 100g of wheat bran, 100g of grey salt.
or
Cataplasm 50 g of fresh flowered vervain cooked in vinegar, let evaporate, spread out between 2 linens.

Fresh varech
or
Common privet oil : 150 g of dried flowers in 1 liter of oil, let macerate 1 month.

Calm the pain of cellulitis with sedative herb teas to take during 3 weeks :
Infusion of hawthorn, 10 g of dried flowers for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes; 3 cups a day.
or
Maceration of valerian, 10 g of fresh root, let soak 1 night in a cup of cold water, filter, 2 cups a day.

Juice of couch-grass fresh rhizome, 4 spoons a day.

Lemon juice in water, 1 glass before breakfast.
or
Infusion of dandelion, 30 g of leaves for 1 liter of boiling water; drink cold.

Take 2 cups a day of :
Mixed decoction of couch-grass, 20 g of dried rhizome and 20 g of dried cherry stalks for 1 liter of water, boil 10 minutes.
or
Infusion of wild marjoram, 10 g of flowered tops for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes
or
Infusion of mouse-ear, 60 g of fresh plant for 1 liter of ebulient water, let infuse 10 minutes.

To take 3 cups a day, between the meals, in which 1 before breakfast :
Infusion of yarrow, 50 g of flowered tops for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes.
or
Infusion of artichoke, 10 g of dried leaves for 1 liter of boiling water let infuse 5 minutes.
or
Mixed infusion of blackcurrant and ash, 10 g of each plant, for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 15 minutes.

Quantity prepared in advance for 2 days :
Decoction of vine, 50 g of dried leaves for 1 liter of water, boil, let infuse 15 minutes

Mixed decoction of vine leaves and dried varech, 40 g of each plant for 1 liter of water, boil 5 minutes, let infuse 10 minutes.

Infusion of meadowsweet, 50 g of dried leaves for 1 liter of boiling water, 4 cups a day.

Infusion of white horehound, 35 g of dried flowered tops, for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes and let it cool before filter, drink 1 liter a day.
