fennel wine , let macerate during 2 weeks in 1 liter of good red wine, 30 g of seeds, filter; 2 small glasses a day.

Out of infusion 2 to 3 cups a day : 1/2 part of thyme, 1 part of rosemary, 1 part of marian thistle, 1 part of pine.

External use : rosemary, marjoram, sage, creeping thyme or summer savory let infuse 500 g of plant in 4 liters of water, to add in a bath.

Infusion of 10 fruits of dog rose crushed for 1/2 liter of cold water, 2 cups a day as a tonic.

Wine of rosemary and sage : In 1 stoneware pot, put 20 g of rosemary leaves and 20 g of sage leaves, pour 1 liter of red wine and a honey spoon, heat 30 minutes in a bain-marie, let it cool, filter; 1 liquor glass before the meal.
